Cancellation policy

1 - Prepaid reservations canceled with more than 72 hours to pick up will have a retention of 15% of the total rental amount.

2 - Prepaid reservations canceled with less than 72 hours to pick up will have 100% retention of the prepaid amount.

3 - Reservations that occur no-show will have a retention of full prepaid amount
.

4 - It is the customer's responsibility to know if he or she is qualified to drive. If the customer is not qualified to drive, the reservation will have a retention of 100% of the total rental amount.

5 - If the vehicle is returned before the contract end date, there will be no refund for the remaining time.

Security deposit return policy

1 - In the event the vehicle is returned with damages, the customer authorizes Flagrante Dinâmica Lda to charge the total repair cost, even if it exceeds the amount of the security deposit, based on an internal repair quote reflecting market rates. This quote will be provided within 15 working days from the end of the rental period. The values included in the internal quote are aligned with the average prices charged by authorized brand repair shops, based on publicly available parts prices and standard labor times.
 
2 - In the event the vehicle is returned without damages, the customer authorizes Flagrante Dinâmica Lda to refund the security deposit within 15 working days from the end of the rental period.

3 - If the vehicle is returned without the necessary documents for its circulation, the deposit amount will be retained.

4 - If the driver does not demonstrate any driving experience, the deposit increases up to the commercial value of the rented vehicle. If this condition is not met, the full rental amount will be retained.


5 - If the return of the security deposit is made by bank transfer, the customer is responsible for providing proof of IBAN. If proof of IBAN is not provided within 30 days, the security deposit will be retained.
